discus about Malaysian English writer, whether it lower than Singaporean English writer or not?

It’s quite bias to say that all Singaporean writer is far more better than Malaysian writer by consider on certain aspect such as their economy, their first language is English and so on. Every people have their own capabilities. Actually, the output of the artwork is depends on who create it. If the story was created by well educated writer, of course the writer will use high lexis word to explain something or express the protagonist or antagonist feeling. We (Malaysian) writer also have numerous of talented writer that have been approved in international stage. However, certain issues is more sensitive in Malaysia rather than in Singapore.
